Tạo từ trong tiếng Anh (Word Formation)

Cách tạo từ mới bằng tiền tố (prefix) và hậu tố (suffix). Noun, Verb, Adjective, Adverb từ cùng gốc.

1 Tiền tố phổ biến (Prefix)

un-: không (happy → unhappy) re-: lại, lặp lại (do → redo) dis-: phủ định (like → dislike) pre-: trước (view → preview) mis-: sai, nhầm (understand → misunderstand)

2 Hậu tố phổ biến (Suffix)

-tion → danh từ (create → creation) -ment → danh từ (develop → development) -ful → tính từ (care → careful) -less → phủ định (hope → hopeless) -ly → trạng từ (quick → quickly) -er/or → người làm (teach → teacher)

3 Ví dụ thực tế

Noun: education, development, happiness Verb: recognize, understand, disappoint Adjective: beautiful, careless, successful Adverb: quickly, carefully, usually
